How to apply

Studio offers two basic types of courses:

• half-year (semester) courses with continuous learning of styles and techniques of the chosen dance; courses usually start in early September or early February and lessons continue consecutively
• Open Class lessons with access to individual lessons, paid hourly or with a pass, these lessons do not continue consecutively, the teacher always adapts their content to the current level of participants; more about Open Class lessons here

Before applying, you must familiarize yourself and agree with the Terms and Conditions of participation in courses of the Studio DANCE PERFECT:

• the text of the Terms and Conditions of participation is available for download here, their printed copy is also available at the reception of the Studio
• while logging-in to your application electronically you will read the Terms and Conditions of participation and agree via completing it

You can register:

• in person at the reception desk of the DANCE PERFECT Studio, the address and opening hours of the studio can be found here and here
• by telephone on the following numbers: 221 085 260, 602 558 339 (office) 221 085 269, 221 085 210 (reception)
• via an electronic application form - in the schedule for the current or upcoming season select the course and click on Login button, the application form opens with prefilled of the selected type of course; immediately after sending the completed application you will receive an automatic read receipt onto your e-mail address which you have written in the application

According to your application we will reserve for you a place in the selected course. Validity of the booking is 7 days from the moment of its completing by our Studio. During this period you should pay your course fee otherwise your reservation will automatically expire.
In the case the course is already full, you will be notified about it and we will help you with selecting an alternative.
The course fee must be paid:

• before the seven-day expiration of the reservation or
• before attending the first lesson

The rule follows the fact that comes up earlier. If you do not pay the amount, your reservation in the course automatically expires.

1. in cash or by credit card at the reception of the Studio (Národní 25, Prague 1). We accept credit cards Diners Club, JCB, EuroCard / MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA Electron and VISA;
2. by bank transfer. The data required for the payment (account number and variable symbol), would be sent to you when confirming your electronic booking or print them at the reception of the Studio when applying in person. After crediting the paid amount on our account we will send you the payment confirmation or will print it at the reception of the Studio upon your attending the first lesson;
3. via points of the programs Benefit Plus, Relax-, Flexi-, Fokus- and Gift passes of the company Sodexho Pass or vouchers Ticket Multi and Ticket Sport & Kultura of the company Edenred;
4. via points of the programmes Benefity; for this way of payment it is necessary to call ahead the phone number 221 085 260 and have at hand your Benefity card. After verifying it by the DANCE PERFECT Studio the payment of the course fee can be carried out. Only then you can visit the first lesson;
5. your employer’s payment via an invoice. In order to invoice your employer we require its written order. Contact our office for its correct issuing.

For the payment via points of the Benefit Plus it is necessary to present the voucher to draw the ordered service.
To pay via FlexiPass Sodexo there must be explicitly stated that it can be used instead of RelaxPass.
Payment via Benefity points, Sodexo Passes and coupons of Ticket Edenred it is also possible to pay only partially and the remaining amount to cover by money.
Sodexo Passes and coupons Ticket must be drown out in the full amount, the amount left can not be returned. As already mentioned, our Studio is a partner of employee programs Benefity, Benefity Plus, Sodexo Pass and coupons Ticket Edenred. Your employees can use these points and passes to purchase any kind of course or the Studio passes. By prior agreement, it is also possible to purchase our services individually outside the above-mentioned programs. We are able to offer attractive discounts according to the total invested finances. At this point we remind you the possibility of giving as a present one of the courses in a form of a gift voucher to your friends or loved ones.
