Courses for children
Pre-Ballet
Children 6 to 8 year olds
Pre-Ballet is a preparation for "real" ballet lessons for children aged 6-8 years. Children are led here to acquire ballet skills – both at work at the ballet bar and in the free space.
Children learn the basics of ballet, including rehearsals of individual ballet positions (first to fifth), plies and relevés, poses and positions typical of ballet and general orientation in the sace.
The individual movement elements of ballet are gradually rehearsed in a form that is close to children of this age and which they enjoy. Posture, leg position and ballet movement culture are gradually becoming a common technical routine for children. Other exercises aimed in very easy way to increase motion range, coordination and flexibility are added to the lessons.
