Movement as fun. A body that enjoys moving.

Imagine the combination of dance, fitness and fun. We're taking the classical ballet but giving it a modern twist. We work the legs by stretching (extension) and flexing (flexion). Sounds simple, but the effect is big!

On the floor, we get a good workout - floorwork is a playful but challenging part where we strengthen the arms and the whole body.

We don't forget the stabilization exercises that improve balance and overall posture. And most importantly - we won't forget to have fun!

We will relax the overloaded muscles, strengthen the weakened ones - because the body should be cool, strong and ready for any challenge. Whether it's dance, sport or daily routine.
