Another dimension of dance dedicated to connecting the physical and mental level of your personality using contemporary dance techniques and simple energy exercises to relax and open your mind.

Dance as a form of self-expression when we are fully in touch with ourselves. During the lesson we will focus on both dance technique and variation as well as improvisation exercises as a means of expressing your personality.

The lesson will always be closed by a short-guided meditation for overall relaxation and positive atonement of the mind.

What to wear

Long comfortable loose pants, long-sleeved shirt, socks or barefoot.
