Open Class lesson

Piloxing® Barre is a combination of basic ballet, Pilates and boxing elements. These seemingly incompatible disciplines create a perfect workout, where you train both physical fitness (boxing - cardio part) and strengthen the whole body (ballet / Pilates). The lesson takes place at the ballet bar which helps you to keep balance and work in harder positions where we could not hold ourselves without support. The last part is already lying on the floor, focusing on the body centre.

Why has the lesson become a hit?
The lessons are accompanied by modern hits, which give you drive to faster boxing parts and calm you on the fitness parts where we need to focus on the individual muscle parts. Unlike classic barre lessons, there is a part of the cardio that improves your cardiovascular system and sweats nicely.

Experience and your equipment
No previous ballet or boxing training experience is required for the lesson. You are welcome to try something new and teach the body new styles to work on their versatility.

For the Piloxing Barre there are specially designed gloves that weigh 250 grams. They help you to increase your training intensity while boxing and shape your arms during Pilates. This supplement is not necessary but optional.
